If you’re looking for fusion Indian street-style food, this is the right place to be. Since it’s a food truck, everything is served in to-go containers, so don’t expect fancy plating—but the flavors more than make up for it. Every dish is packed with great taste and authentic street-food vibes. Some of my favorites are the Masala Puri, Fusion Pepper Mushroom, Peri Peri Gobi Bites, and Peri Peri Paneer Frankie. Highly recommended if you enjoy bold, spicy flavors and creative Indian fusion!

Tried the bun malai, fusion pepper mushroom, and chai at Chill Mama food truck and absolutely loved it. The bun malai was my favorite—so rich and comforting. The pepper mushroom was incredibly creamy and delicious, and the chai reminded me so much of the Nilofer Cafe taste. So good overall

We ordered OG burger, Chicken Kebab, Bun maska, Badam and rose Milk. We liked everything that we ordered specially OG Burger the patty is juicy and cooked to perfection and chips on side reminds me of fresh hot chip spots in India and chicken kebab is perfect fusion of 65 spice with kebab-style tenderness. Bun maska perfect combo of butter and sweetness. Finished with cooling badam and rose milk. Chill mama is my new go to place

An Indian fusion food truck I happened to randomly stumbled upon by which I loved. I ordered the Spicy OG (which actually had shredded goat in it—major win) and a Chicken Frankie. Both were packed with flavor, the kind that instantly reminded me of my time back in India. The Frankie especially hit different—the wrap was soft, the meat was tender, and every bite had that perfect punch. Service was chill, and I had my food in about 15-20 minutes—not bad at all for a busy truck. Nothing fancy, but exactly what you’d want when you’re hungry and just need good food fast. Long story short: I stumbled on Chill Mama by accident, but next time I’ll be hunting it down on purpose.
